We want you to be happy with your artwork from A.O. Nelson Studio. Because each piece is created or prepared with care, we do not generally offer refunds for change of mind. If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair or refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
